In 2016, Platinum recording artists, Hollywood Undead launched their own cannabis brand, Dove & Grenade in California.

Band members, Jorel Decker and George Ragan have been growing and studying marijuana for years, taking the step to cultivate their own grow in 2013. Since that time, they have consulted other farmers’ grow operations, and avidly support the very people who began this industry back in the prohibition days. Naturally, they saw their own brand as a next step, and jumped in.

After years of struggling to obtain a legal cannabis license in California and losing large amounts of cash in their attempts to ward off political mafia style bribes, they moved Dove & Grenade to Oklahoma City. OK - a city with far less political red-tape, allowing the brand to continue.

It is clear to The Band that the cannabis industry in California does not want the little guys, instead attempting to transform the marijuana market into corporate America. Dove & Grenade reflects the group’s passion to win, and is the little guy that will survive, just as Hollywood Undead will continue to fight the big machine destroying people’s livelihoods - the very people who are the backbone and roots of the industry.
